All insurance protect both you and us.
Absolutely- If you employ a garden services company that is not insured you could be personally liable for any accident and/or injury caused whilst they are carrying out the work at your property. You'll be pleased to know that all members of staff at Fairway Lawncare are fully insured and carry full Public & Employers Liability Insurance.

There are several facts you need to know.
You are considered generally to be the owner of a tree if the tree is on your property. You have a responsibility to ensure your tree does not cause damage or injury to others.
Also, the Highways Act 1980 requires that trees and other vegetation do not obstruct the passage of others (Minimum clearance for pathways – 2.4m Minimum for vehicles 5.2m). Also they must not obstruct street lighting or signs. If you have any questions or are unsure about your tree then please feel free to call us for a free inspection and quote.

Yes we can carry out any scale project from planting a tree, erecting a fence or deck up to much larger gardens and estates.

We have our own experienced, qualified teams employed to build your garden and only contract in specialist services. We’ll start and finish your project with the same team and person in charge to maintain consistency.
Where we have also designed the garden, our designer will continue to liaise with you and work closely with our build team.
Each project will vary in cost.
This is always a tricky one to answer until we’ve discussed your project in detail. Once we have a good understanding of your requirements we’ll provide you with the very best advice and most cost effective options whether for a garden design, for planting, landscaping or maintenance.
It helps to have a budget to work to and we can apply our expertise to aim to deliver to your budget or propose to carry out the work in stages.

Yes we have a dedicated Garden Maintenance team that can help with all aspects of garden and grounds maintenance.
We maintain domestic, commercial and can also maintain school grounds if required.

Our clients tell us that they like having the same team that built the garden look after it too. We aim to keep the same day and roughly same time to visit and use all our own up-to-date equipment.
We also leave a work sheet so you are kept up to date with the work done if you are not around. We’d be happy to put you in touch with some of our regular customers for references.

Yes of course, unless you ask for alternative arrangements. We also recycle wherever possible.
